@Jordan Sinclair, I have sent you a message. I hope that is ok.

@Monica Breckenridge I would love to connect and have a chat if you are open to it.

@Jennifer Pauyo I’m looking to connect with female Investors. I’m from Australia and wanting to get a group of women from Australia to invest in the US. Would love to learn more and perhaps partner with someone for a Multifamily property.

@Alex Deacon I am not familiar with that part of the US.

@Pat L. I lived in Florida for 2 1/2 years and owned a business... trust me, I know there are sharks, I experienced them first hand.  Lost a lot of money in the business.  I wish I did this when I was living in the US.  Trying to get back there again for a few years but hard if I don't buy another business.  Thanks for the advice.  Would love to chat further on your experience.

Hello all,

looking forward to networking, learning from others, building alliances and friendships and perhaps even partnerships.

I have a few question to anyone buying US Real Estate from outside the US

1) who are you getting to source the property?

2) Who are you getting to close on the investment

3) What about the property management.  I hear that is the hardest part.

4) How successful have you been?

5) Financing? How hard is it to get for a non US citizen.

I want to invest in multifamily, without going into a syndication.  I'm looking for something from 4 to 8 doors.

Thank you

Rita
