I would never scam anyone. I am not that person, I intend on assigning it! If not then flipping it myself. I am pretty smart and it would only be s great deal. I am just learning about wholesaling and want to "drive for dollars" and give it a try. Is it legal in Florida without a realtors license? And do I need a pre qual letter to show proof of funds? If so will a hard lender give me one?
