September 25th meeting bring any donations for Bahamas: non perishable foods, hygiene products, toothbrush, toothpaste, cleaning supplies, soap, baby items, formula, diapers, wipes, flashlights, batteries, 1st aid kits. etc.

I would negotiate a better rate, 7-8% based on the substantial amount of doors you represent. Also, rather than allow pm to manage & upcharge you for repairs, it is far more cost effective to separate out repair & rehab costs & find your own contractor to complete these items.
