Hi Benjamin- definitely check out meetup.com if you haven't. It is a great site to find in person and virtual meetups in your area! Curious about what types of properties you are interested in investing in as I am happy to offer help/insight where I can!

Educate yourself!

Dive into podcasts, books, and take relevant classes! Also, look into different internships and potentially getting your RE license to be ahead of the game. Awesome that you are jumping in at your age, wishing you the best of luck!

Hi Ryan - I would love to connect with you because we are in similar spots! I like to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Small day-to-day to-do lists contribute to a bigger weekly goal that contributes to an even larger monthly goal. For example...

today I have been reading a book on first-time investors...this is contributing to my weekly goal of finishing the book which in turn contributes to my goal of starting to look for duplexes to invest in

sounds simple, but it works for me and I hope this helps!
