Hi, Someone on a what's up real estate group said he has $250,000 to $500,000 to invest for min 7% return, need to do it by end of December. I was wondering how would I help this fellow and at the same time help myself.  I am Wholeseller but I am always dreaming of having a multi family rental property, but don't have any experience with rental. I specially got inspired reading Braden's book on Rental. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.. Becky

Is a nice website, but I was disappointed that they didn't have tax delinquents in my area, which I was after. they have different lists for each area so check it out for your area.

Try Rebogateway is flat fee for unlimited lists for a county, use Sean Terry and get 3 counties for price of one.

Hi Bigger Pocket family.. Is there a deal here or not.. the owner said he is not desperate...

The owner likes to sell it for $430 it is worth around this amount. Is empty now but he was renting it for $2600. He is an investor himself, he said he is interested to do owner financing with 20% down for 6%. I live in NY so the taxes are at least 10,000, plus insurance. The house is in good shape, having seen it yet. Please let me know what you think?? Thanks a lot.

I have a large 3000 square feet home with a very large unfinished basement. I am trying to see if is worth finishing and renting it in NY. However my area is zoned for single family home only. What is the best legal way to have tenants? Student borders? Storage? I think I can build about 5 rooms and a kitchen with borrowed money. Making about $600 a person. What are my other options you suggest in order to make a good use of this basement and have some income coming at the same time? Thanks.
