@Matt Leber how is the Space Coast, Titusville, etc over there? I feel like the area is growing and might be a place to invest in.

@Matt Leber It looks like it's just removing the 1-year time requirement of how long a rent control can be in place. I see the trouble with it, but it's not really changing anything. I could see a major problem if they set a certain percentage increase every year.

I would call and ask someone who installs the flooring you are asking about. Most of the retailers and big box stores are minimum wage employees, possibly being paid commission, who are by no means experts and just want you to just buy a product or buy a product so their commission is higher. You could ask the big box stores and retailers who they subcontract the work to and ask them.

I know some people buy liens for property that are lakes, right of ways, etc and never get there money back because no one buys the property during the tax deed auction. Another issue is some properties with tax liens have code enforcement liens upwards of $100,000s to $1,000,000s that don’t get erased.

@Carol Demarco I started looking into tax liens and came across a very knowledgeable person in Orlando who charges over $1,000. From the previews that I’ve seen about them, they know there stuff. Doing research on BP, googling tax liens and tax deeds, and searching for books (you can find many at your county or school library). I would use all of the free resources instead of paying for a limited and direct resource that costs a lot of money.
