As an investor looking at University City, make sure you put a lot of research into the upcoming multi-billion-dollar project happening near Drexel. I'm not extremely familiar with all the details but know that it involves the construction of hundreds of apartment units and public space between the city of Philly and the University. Just something to look into.

Of all the sales I've attended, Georgia sales always seem to be the most competitive with its 20% returns. Crowds at Cobb and Gwinnett Counties in Atlanta can be very large.

I also used real estate express and really enjoyed the site. With an online class, make sure you manage your time well and take all the exams seriously. It's harder than you would think.

Where in South Carolina? And you wouldn't consider syndication as a means to finance your 8-unit?

I think that the simplicity and the motivational style that the book is written in is what makes it so effective. It's perfect for the book's target audience. Despite what some may say on here, I would highly recommend it for a new investor who could use some inspiration.
