I want to start marketing myself to help find properties for wholesaling and since I'm starting out I don't want to spend money on things that probably won't help.

Should I work more on the online side(BP, Website, SEO, adwords, content marketing) or more print/offline marketing(bandit signs, yellow cards, newsletter, etc)

Of course I would like to do both down the road but starting out what gives you more bang for your buck?

Welcome to BP! No you don't need a license to wholesale and start making deals but if you need some help from someone who does have one, I would be happy to help :). Regardless I wish you the best in your investment journey!

Hey Everyone! I am a active Realtor in Atlanta, GA. I joined BP because I kept hearing how helpful it can be in an investor's career. My main focus is to learn as much as I can about rental property investing so I can start making my own deals. I also hope to meet other investors that I can help with their business so I can gain as much experience as possible.
