Did you find a home and some contractors?

Can you share your loan terms and if its in your personal name or business name? Hope I didnt miss this information and making you repeat yourself.

I would like to thank Biggerpockets and @Brandon Turner for placing me with a wonderful group of guys. I'm very excited to see what comes out of this new experience. My mastermind is so full of knowledge and people from all different walks of investing. I feel like this will be the most influential group of people in my life in 2019. Everyone seems committed and ready to achieve there goals and hold each other accountable! Thanks a lot I glad I made the discussion to purchase the journal and I know that I will more than exceed my goals.

Thanks for all the feedback on this post.  My tenants end up living with their family across the street and I was able to get everything fixed in 3 weeks.  They were back in by November 3, 2018.  Everything worked out.  Again thanks. I love this community!!!

I'm starting to get interested in the Atlanta area.  I was looking around the airport in College Park on the Clayton County side.  Can you tell me if you have anything over there and what is you opinion about that side of town?

Ok. I have a deal from a friend. He wants to sell his house and move. He owes $95k and Open Door has offered him $113k. He ask me if I wanted it for that price. A house on same street sold for $154k last month. I have ran the numbers and can't seem to make it work.  How do people buying $100k+ house for rental property make a profit. Please look at my numbers and tell me if I'm calculating wrong. Here is the link. Any feed back will be greatly appreciated!
