@David Rutledge I would definitely call up an experienced loan officer or mortgage broker who has experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loan programs like FHA and VA and ask them. Even still, a lot can change in two years. If a bank is going to keep the loan in house then they can pretty much do whatever they want and some of that will depend on your relationship with them.

@Renee Yarbrough many people have been in your shoes. Difference between the ones who are successful now and the ones who aren’t? The ones who are successful learned from their mistakes and tried again! Always remember the worst case scenario, if you can live with that then nothing should stop you!

managers, and apartment complex investors to capitalize on their

tenant's monthly utility bills such as internet, electricity, phone,

etc... Looking for advice. The PM kind! Please drop a message if can you

@David Rutledge howdy from Waco, Texas! Waco is indeed a great place to invest for airbnb. Hard to find deals though with the national attention on the MLS. I do my own marketing though and have had a good bit of luck.

@Jason Dillard Yeah honestly I kind of assumed the bank wouldn't even notice as long as they are getting paid. I doubt I'd want to take that chance though.
