I have a buyer for this unit but the buyer needs private financing, do to the asking price conventional lenders wont micro loan. Buyers has good stable employment. If you are interested please respond with terms.

I need a cash investor/flipper to take this rehab over. I've been holding this unit for 9mos and have been trying to get to it but have to many units in inventory. This unit was bought as a HOA foreclosure. Buyer would need to obtain clear title, per the HOA foreclosure process in Nevada. Most of the title work has been completed by my law firm which I have the complete file. Easy rental.
