I am on a waiting list with Midsouth as we speak and in search of the same information. 

Maybe sell. Maybe. You have the money to make cash purchases so that helps. You can sell this one, flip another and end up back in the same situation with more money. Or you could hold, rent and pull cash out against the property. Idk I'm just a beginner...I know im not being very much help

Which turn-key cmpanies have you used nationwide and how were your experiences?

@Mindy Jensen I'm getting my real estate license to work as an agent full time...maybe part time at first. Im thinkin investing in Memphis or Kansas City, Mo. but I'm definitely open to other areas. I've been in contact and added to a waiting list with Midsouth home buyers for a turnkey property but I need to still do some research. Are you familiar with this company?
