@Olena Canessa in some markets Redfin offers a 1-1.5% listing fee. That doesnt include buyers agent commission. I am not sure the level of service you will receive. Im sure it would depend on the individial agent. There are also advantages for your listing within the redfin app from what I understand. Good luck.

@Hai Loc @Joel Owens @Jay Hinrichs sounds like gas stations might be around another couple hundred years in some parts of the country. lol. I guess a slower pace leads to slower progress.

@Shayna Hatcher I think there are a couple of factors that you should consider.

1. As others have mentioned what were the felony charges. Big difference from murder and DUI.

2. Where is the property located? What type of neighborhood? Is this the type of tenant your neighborhood/propert will attract?

If the felony is not too bad and you are in a lower class neighborhood I would definitely consider showing them the property. If their financials are strong then why not? They could turn out to be a great tenant that stays long term because they have a problem finding anywhere else to go due to his felonious record🤷‍♂️

Have him talk to the TK company and see if you can take his place. It may be that simple.

My experience is 100% absolutely not. I'm not the only one who thinks this. Check this out...
