I'm a investor from Coventry RI. Currently I have a dozen or so cash buyers that I find off market deals for across the state. Feel free to contact me to discuss how we can network. Several of my clients buy multi's and keep as rentals to single family fix and flips.

Hi Mike, I'm also a Rhode Islander and getting into investing as well. You should ask the current owner for copies of the lease, rental agreement and credit check. Once agreements are up you should renew and revise if neededeither yearly lease or monthly. Good luck!
