Wow it's getting out here in the Temecula area! Hoping to find some good deals this year locally or turn key out of state investments.

Yes like I asked my mom yesterday when we are going to start looking at properties she replies the realitor is going to look at property.  Of course he is but we need to be actively looking as well that's my feelings. Yes we need to learn how to make the best offers to I would like to find something that needs work to get the better deal.

Just got a whisper in the wind today that the court is giving us 3 months to get affairs in order and try to straighten it up there is a crazy lady living in one of our office trashing the place! Do we call code enforcement police?? This is getting crazy waiting to hear from the attorney.
