First one to officially welcome you! Although I did on the other thread.  It's a great site here with good folks.  I am working on our first real estate deal in corona and been getting estimates from contractor big office building.  Then doing a 1031 exchange to invest some rentals and maybe a vacation house.  Kinda thinking about the options if you have opinions!

@Martin Spielvogel welcome to bigger pockets! I just spoke with Michael yesterday on the phone down there in San Diego cool guy. He does whole saling but I am doing something else. I am putting together a catered BBQ and a meet at my commercial building this summer. My number is on my profile give throw me a text or shout out.

I am trying to learn about the 1031 exchange and the properties to exchange for I asked a member yesterday were he invests and he said as long as it cash flows!
