@Royal Liedecke Welcome to bigger pockets!  Yes you have caught to something I keep meeting investors snd agents and real estate is or can be a lot of work.  From what I have seen and known that's more work sometimes but the rewards look to be pretty well . I am working on my first commercial deal then doing a a 1031 exchange.  We're we sell and exchange into multi family or a few houses or both. So I am looking for advice as well I am right there with ya.

For everyone that's interested in coming to our summer get together take a look at pats famous BBQ on google. It's supposed one of the best cateres in Orange County.  I just went again looked at the pictures the food looks great!

Yes we're going to reinvest about 500k so hopefully that should get us a few properties!
