@Dawn Anastasi amazing work once again! As I was telling you I am working on the sale of that commercial property. The problem is we only have 180 days to make purchases so I won't have the time to wiggle the deals like you did. That's one problem I am seeing. We have to have properties identified by 45 days.

All good I am home now I stopped at the swinging door one of my favorite places in Tustin.  I am working on putting together a meet and greet at my commercial property in corona this year if you are interested.

Did you get a chance to see that catering menu from pats famous BBQ? I was just speaking with him and he also does sparkling strawberry lemonade, tropical iced tea and cucumber infused spring water. Just keeps sounding better and better haha.  I am thinking a choice of adult beverages possibly.
