@Jeff Takai I wanted to share a piece of information I read the other day on the internet. I read that if you have a buy and hold investment and and you are able to raise the rent 10 to 20 bucks once a year that in 10 years you will be making 10 thousand dollars more a year it says. That just blew me away 10 years goes faster than you think. At that rate I wanna get as many rentals as possible.

@Dawn Anastasi  I was just reading an article last night that if you raise the rent let's say 20 hours a week once a year. Can you do that for 10 years  that will get you the reward of $10,000 a year more in rent unbelievable to me ! I really want to get into rentals now after seeing that and I'm curious about these great deals on maybe you have some connections back there that would like to know more investors.  I am curious about obtaining property back there to our portfolio. Thank you dawn.

@Devan Mcclish I was reading a article last night if you raise the rent any were from 20 10 dollors once a year for 10 years that the rental will bring in a extra 10k a year in 10 years. To me that sounds like so much and I been reading about rental upgrades. I am looking forward to get into rentals! Tell me what you think!

is it just me or is that a lot of my money to make? This article says a rental can possibly bring in 10k more a year in ten years. To me sounds like so much.
