@Jack B. you are exactly right!  I hope to meet some good tenants make friends heal and restore homes and bring up other Americans home values and maybe streets and neighborhoods nice again. Help put in good family's to good homes.

I hope one day to retire from real estate! This is my first year jumping into it and I can tell it's going to be long and possibly a lot of work! They say it's never to late to get into real estate! Can't wait to hear from the others on this thread!

@Account Closed  I am also trying to possibly build a out of state team. Let's connect and maybe help each other! I am thinking possibly Ohio Indiana Milwaukee Tennessee there are a lot of places we can get deals at.

@Rafael Norat thank you for the reply will show that to my realitor tomorrow. What do you mean include that in the closing costs. Include what in the closing costs? Sorry for sounding stupid your reply was great made complete sense.

In Milwaukee a person I know on Bigger Pockets was finding houses for 30k town homes for 20 just amazing prices! Talk about affordability.  So that draws my attention.

@Rafael Norat I am interested in out of state investing as it seems like the best bang for the buck for cash flow. I am also considering and learning about rent to own to our tenants what are your thoughts?

@Alexander B. i'm also interested in doing this rent to own seems better returns a lot better. I'm in the same boat but man those are some big returns! So maybe it's all good let's hear what bigger pockets has to say let's give the members a chance there is a lot of good help here.

I am not trying to be rude but in my opinion I am gathering that people may think other people are getting taken advantage of? What do you guys think. That's a lot of return. Amazed at prices that low. I can buy blocks lol.

They are paying 19k because they have no credit? Yikes to me seems not everyone go for the prices but I am a newbie. What kind of investing have you done before?
