@Simon Ghandil also the houses I've been looking out here to buy to rent for our tenants are anywhere from 100 grand to 400 grand.  So I wonder if it's better to do what you are doing here in California or back east.

@Simon Ghandil what's up! I have been reading and learning about this stragedy and it's very interesting. We are investing about 400 or 500k into local real estate  and I'm thinking about this option.  Seems like others are doing it to!

You know what I was thinking the other day was because like if you was better pocket numbers going and trying to do a flip! Like team up get a house done and sold! Maybe a bigger flip seeing there could be 4 of us.

@Johnathan Sanders also working on getting my feet wet to. I have been meeting lenders realtors escrow officers All kinds of people and lots of hours and lots of reading.

I just looked online and to my surprise there is all kinds of homes in Chicago from 5k to 25k. Amazing!! I'd love to go back up there fix up a house.

@Marvin Stewart how's the rental coming a long and what are your future cash flow numbers looking like?  I have been reading about land lording and there is all kinds of tricks to get more cash flow. Detached garage parking storage all kinds of things. I read cash flow is king!

I would love to be able to flip a house sometime!

@Alexander B.  some of us investors were curious about pictures or maybe some sightings of houses in that price market range. That's very affordable real estate!
