@Daniel Spaizman I am also looking to meet local real estate investors! May be doing buy and hold investing in hemet and menifee sun city wildomar.  I am seeing foreclosures in hemet for less than 100k.

@Jeff Wallenius that's awesome! My thoughts are start in California there are some foreclosures I am seeing still at 100k. I am thinking buy cash fix and rent and hold! Refi go get more doors!

Welcome  to bigger pockets Daniel from temecula!  Working setting up a open office. Instead of a open house I'm doing an open office sometime this summer with everyone for bigger pockets to try to make a quick sale.

Yesterday was another 12 hour day of meetings and hitting the pavement. Staying strong preparing for a showing of my office soon!

One of us should call him see what ever happened.

Does anyone know a hard money lender in the San Diego riverside county areas?

@Alexander B. I just got home from meeting some lenders and escrow agent and realitor.  The lender said it's better to rent instead of this method.  I I also talk to a broker about this and they said well the thing is that these people have bad credit and or possibly unreliable.  So they said it's kinda risky but if you got that chunk of money up front I guess it's way better. Like my driver told me unreliable  people that's in every business

@Timothy W. yes. Just got home another 12 hour day 5 meetings lenders realitors escrow agent.  Doin the work!
