So, it's better to sell the house and transfer the funds back into my retirement account? The expenses and property taxes have gone up exponentially over the last several years. At this point, since I can't write anything off on the house, I'm breaking even based on rent income vs expenses.  The house is paid for.

I'm finally at retirement age and I want to transfer my SDIRA LLC home deed into my personal name. Is this legal and if so, what's the process??

Thanks @Scott Wolf, do you have any lenders that you would recommend checking out?

Sam, I'm just starting my journey into private investing so I don't have much to share other than from what I've researched, it's a lot less headache than flipping. You have to find a team that you can work with and trust. Do background checks and due diligence.

@Daniel Dietz, I checked out Mark Kohlers Youtube and learned about the 1031 exchange! I'm so glad that I saw that!  Thanks!

If you want to make passive income without all the labor and headache of flipping, think about becoming a private lender. $220K is a nice chunk of change to get started.....do your due diligence before any investment! Good luck!

Good points Dan, thank you!!  I'll check out Marks YouTube channel too!
