Just wanted to 'bump' this thread although it is pretty old and ask if anyone has an answer to this question. I too am wondering how to get the address of the executor?

Any insight will be appreciated!

@Morris Lucas congrats on your deal! Im in Gwinnett county myself and would like some more information if you don't mind.

Did you/do you have a real estate agent who drafted up the contract? How did you find which title company to use? Had you already built up a buyers list or how did you find your buyer? Was it a hard money or cash buyer? What % arv worked for this deal? Was your seller reached by one of your DM mailers as to why you enforce consistency of marketing?  If so what type of mailer hooked this seller? Did you just put your personal phone number on your marketing ads or use a phone service?  How long did it take from you giving offer to receiving your check?

Right now thats all I have - hope I didn't overwhelm you :).

Hopefully someone will see this :). Once you can locate a probate listing with the deceased person's name and the name of the executor - how do you get the address/contact info for the PR?

James, I too intend on using CL.

Both of you pretty much confirmed my thoughts.

Hello everyone,

In North metro Atlanta here I was looking through the listings on BackPage and seems like they are all by some type of investor or RE agent. I read about this BackPage site when researching ideas on wholesaling properties. Would anyone suggest using this site for potential wholesale opportunities? There are some really cheap houses listed but I was under the impression that for wholesaling I really want to deal directly with owners?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Erin
