Unless you're Ms. Cleo I think not having insurance is a pretty bad idea.

Looking for properties in the South Florida area? Well i am that agent who knows what to look out for as far as properties that will bring back return? I specialize in Rehab and great Buy & Hold investments. I am constantly browsing on the MLS for properties in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm beach areas. Please only serious inquiries.

I come across properties all the time while searching for homes for buyers that I know would be ideal for investors looking to rehab homes, if your interested in getting an immediate call or email from me inbox me. I will send the details to you and hopefully help you close the deal.

wait maybe I am missing something but on a counter offer don't you have to sign the document saying you want to go with that new offer. It sounds like to me she negotiated the terms with the bank and than came back to you for a confirmation on that negotiation.
