Looking for properties in the South Florida area? Well i am that agent who knows what to look out for as far as properties that will bring back return? honestly I would go into the office and sit down with them and have a chat. Get there attention that way. Explain what your concerns are and go from there. I don't even think you have grounds for a lawsuit.

wait maybe I am missing something but on a counter offer don't you have to sign the document saying you want to go with that new offer. It sounds like to me she negotiated the terms with the bank and than came back to you for a confirmation on that negotiation.
