Do you have to report rental properties owned overseas? (Asking for a friend...)
How would Uncle Sam know about this other than it showing up on his/her Schedule E?

I have been usinging YNAB for about 3 yrs now and I would not go back to QB. Its also easy to pull data out for tax purposes. With tracking multiple properties, bank accounts and credit cards, it helps me stay on top of my cashflow.

This is going to happen once in a while. Hopefully you will be able to recover some of your cost from AIRBNB Host Support. Doccument as much as you can with pictures, text messages and such.
