Whats up BP,

I'm in the process of having my contractor walk thru a property to provide me with a scope of work and quote. There is currently a squatter in the property. How do I go about getting the property vacated? Sheriff's office? Anyone with experience please shed some light on this and point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Does anyone have any recommendations for HML companies in Philly? Details on your experience? Thanks!

Rodney

How many bids did you get? -1

How involved were you in managing the rehab? -I spoke with my contractor daily and was sent pictures weekly

What did you feel went smoothly? -It went very smooth

Anything you’d do differently? -Honestly no

Hi All! My name is Rodney Brown. I'm currently transitioning back into the civilian world from the Air Force. Im interested in connecting with wholesale buyers and investor friendly agents in the Sacramento/Roseville area. I look forward to learning from the forums and networking with likeminded investors.
