You could also get Kent's S.M.A.R.T. its $300 a month (month to month) and gives you 15000 exports per month. It includes find cash buyers now, find motivated sellers, find private money now, national MLS and tax delinquent.

Sean recommends datazapp http://www.datazapp.com/SeanTerry

@Joel Ortiz, what phone append provider does Sean recommend to use?  I'm currently looking for a reliable/accurate provider.  I just purchased Kent's "find motivated sellers" data/software plan. I was very hesitant to buy it, but I went ahead and did so based on the advice of many many top investors in this business.

FYI:  If you only purchase the Find Motivated Sellers Now monthly plan, you'll only be able to download 1,000 records/month...I learned the hard way...in order to download up to 15,000 records/m you'll need to buy there annual plan and pay upfront...it was about $2k...but for me, that's only 1/5th of a wholesale fee, so I believe it will more than pay off.  Besides quality makes the difference in this business.

I did purchase it but I haven’t use it yet. We plan to run it on our next campaign at the start of March. I will track it through call rail to compare conversion. I’ll share the results in this thread.

I would be extremely interested. Still looking to do my first deal and I’m pretty open on a meet time.

Hey BP! I’m curious to see who you are using as an inbound call center (Patlive, Callporter, Ruby VAs etc) for lead capture and setting up appointments? Any recommendations or feedback? Thanks and to a great 2018!

I totally agree. Only a matter of time before the fcc would step in. With the right list I can see it working.

Hey BP, Curious if any of you guys have any experience and or feedback on Sean Terry's RVM (Ringless Voicemail) Lead Machine? It almost seems too good to be true.

I'm currently using Pipedrive but I guess this would apply to any CRM (Podio, etc.) Do you guys load all the leads you receive from a list provider, driving for dollar etc. into your CRM or only those that call you after seeing a marketing piece?
