I Have a House Under Contract that Has Water and Tax Liens...

I have it under contract for 85

ARV is 200

My question is that when I sell the house the Liens get Paid along side the house and seller gets what’s left or do i have to come to closing with money ?

when you buy a house with liens on it. do you pay the liens at closing at the title company? ir do yoy still have to pay the leins after closing?

Is it Worth the $20k? yea.. the network and Education.. ok.. whats the difference? they have a Network Marketing Comp Plan Associated with it. local Investors.. whats the difference between that amd a REIA? or a Ron Legrand? and the REIA is $250 a Year. i Love Real Estate. and Marketing... But if You're in Renatus Was it Really Worth it? or Are you just trying to make since of the $20k? More than that if you finance. 18% interest. Renatus Claikms to have superior knowledge... i just want to know is it really the Real Deal? Everyone in Renatus will say yes.. its 100% hands down the best. I'm looking for an unbaised critique about it. Thanx Guys ;)
