Ok..
I have the opportunity to get my License..
Classses start next week..
But in my REIA...
A lot of the Investors say its a waste of money and time...
Some even say that they gave their License back and use Realtors when they need to.
I want to be an Investor...
But getting a commission on selling a $400K home twice a month wouldn't be bad either!! 😀
I live in an Affluent area..
Where A Lot of the Homes are BIG!
The cheapest are $150,000
Its Crazy!
But will a License give me an Advantage
Or would it be a Hindrance??

Never see the seller.
And email the contract..
How do they email the contract and get it signed??

Some even high than the Offer that I would offer...
Is there a Way for me to Stand out above the Competitions Offer?
