I’d go straight to Jonathan Cook at Jonathan’s Flooring (850)332-5905. I know it says flooring, but they can do it all. Highly recommended! They do great work!

Hi Donny,

I'm a little late to the thread, but congratulations!

For my money I'd wouldn't trust anyone other than RPM of the Rockies! https://www.rpmfortcollins.com It is property management done right.

They have drastically reduced my stress and increased my profitability. Give Sam a call (970-658-0410) and let him know I sent you. You'll be glad you did.

Best Regards,

Roger Kifer

@Erich Jaeger I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but you need to know that Fort Collins has a “U plus 2” law. I put the link below so you can research it yourself. It is more restrictive than I had thought. The four of you might need to occupy more than one unit. Just food for thought. Good luck and thank you for your service.

@Bill S. Thanks so much. I’ve done some of what you are suggesting. I was just hoping for a personal referral.

Hi BP,

This is my first post on here, so hopefully I do it right.

I have multiple units that need new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counter tops in Cheyenne, WY. The current stuff is really old (maybe 40 years) and need replaced. So if you have a great remodel guy your help would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
Roger
