In every industry, there are individuals whose actions can tarnish the reputation of the majority. As a private money broker, I strongly advise real estate investors to be cautious and avoid any lender that requests upfront cash payments. Such practices are not only unethical but can also jeopardize your investment. Additionally, it's essential to exercise caution with certain hard money lenders, as some may eagerly finance questionable deals with the intention of foreclosing. This can result in significant financial loss and damage to your credit score. It is prudent to collaborate with lenders who prioritize long-term relationships and genuinely care about your success in the real estate market.

Hello Andrew,
I also look for reliable investors to work with. I own Pinnacle Funding Solutions LLC. As private money brokers we have a portfolio of top tier private money lenders. We can help with most any type of loan. Even ground-up construction and commercial. I don't take and submit applications on just any deal. When you want reliable brokers you want someone who isn't afraid to tell you a deal isn't in your best interest. If a deal doesn't look good, we work to develop a strategy for it to be a good deal. If it isn't we walk away. Our goal is to see our clients succeed. That way we maintain long profitable relationships. Our lenders support that because none of us are in the foreclosure business. If you want more information on Pinnacle Funding Solutions LLC check out our website: www.pinnaclefundingsolutionsllc.com. You can also contact me at [email protected]

I invested in the stock market once. It take a special knack. You have a nice start. At your age building a nice cash basis is a great idea. Real Estate investing can make you a fortune but lot of people get into it and don't do so well. I am a private money broker. I make my money lending money to investors. That being said, I walk away from a lot of deals. I don't lend on bad deals. I don't need my commissions that bad. You can still invest in real estate at your age without risking a lot. I also broker mortgage notes. Probably not as risky as the stock market. Most are short term a year or 18 months. But even here you have to be careful with who you work with. These are good investments and pay a monthly income on your investment until the mortgage matures. I would suggest if you want to start in real estate investing that would be a good place. You don't have to worry about doing flip and fix or any long term stuff. You just buy paper and watch your investments grow while you learn. The good thing is there are notes everywhere to invest in. Again, you have to be careful. Just because a note may look good, it all goes back to location. If you would like to learn more, I'll be happy to help. You are wise at your age. You have learned money is a tool. Borrowing money and having debt isn't a bad thing as long as your are getting back more than you put in. I see a lot of investors who are upside down in their properties. Let me know if you want to look at this kind of investment further.
