Depends on your audience. For most people, just keep it simple. For more technical people, maybe a QR code might be a fun addition.

A buddy who lives in El Cerrito and buys MDUs in Richmond should have some recommendations. Email me if you would like an intro.

@Francis E. Bromwell JR.  - I'm of the opinion that good people refer good people.

I usually ask people at places like Home Depot who they recommend. I also set the bar high in an ad and maybe using something like Google Forms or Survey Monkey to screen out people who are not driven and who don't take pride in their work.

Beyond free firewood and concert tickets, not sure that Craigslist is your best bet.

Shone Freeman , I'm in the same boat (by Levi Stadium). All the professional real estate investors I know are buying up stuff in Richmond and El Cerrito. Easier to get properties there that you can make money on with Section 8 .

Loren Thomas , is there a video series that I can just watch and after like 100 hours I gave most of my bases covered in terms of foundational electrical knowledge?

What type of work are you looking for them to do? Depending on the job, Craigslist might not be the best place to advertise.

Most banks allow you to just mail checks there and they automatically deposit it.

One man's garbage is another man's treasure. Share the names of your disillusioned friends and my guess is that others here will jump on the opp of taking those cumbersome properties off his hands!

A realtor today showed me Cloud CMA - https://cloudcma.com

He uses that tool to help him consult families on their MLS listing. It creates awesome reports (based on what I can tell from the websites) and is easy to brand.

Anyone else see anything like this?
