While this doesn't answer your question about how to get a virtual assistance, I strongly recommend that you use Google Voice as your voice mail instead of your cell phone's default one if you are getting high call volume.

My cell phone rings off the hook all the time, and using Google Voice, I never fill up my AT&T voice message queue.  Calls to my cell go straight to Google Voice, it transcribes it, and then SMS txts me the message about 1 min later.

I've only used the super expensive for pay ones (SalesForce) or the open source ones (Sugar CRM).  Haven't tried the other ones or RE niche ones yet.

Good find on Podio.  Thx for that recommendation!

Can others from CA recommend a good (cheap!) online real estate course? I naively took the day long test cram course thinking I could sit the exam. Just learned I have to sign up somewhere to get the classes out of the way first.

The real estate agent in our neighborhood employs kids to run flyers all over. That way, he gets to know all their parents when he pays them per hour. Good move, IMO!

Always keep your poker friends and magician friends completely separate. No need for them to meet.
As the saying goes, "He who seeks to get rich in a year is hanged in a month." Some things are just too good to be true.
Best way to learn is to befriend an investor and over the course a million cups of coffee, ask what they wish they had done differently. My strategy is to be the second mouse that gets the cheese. :)

My friend does surveys for schools and he uses Google Note. I think it does audio also.
