Hi Guys,

I see the property rate in Bayonne and North jersey have already crossed the peak of Year 2006.

What you think, it will be keep on going up or  will start going down after election.

Let's we all share our prediction and see after 6 months who had best prediction...at least just for fun.

Is there any way to find that information.

Thanks

Hi @Jason Gass, I was just trying to figure out , how tough(legally) is to convert 4 family home into 5 unit home.

also I see some houses, these houses were 5 units, but owner had combined two units into one unit as duplex, so they are legally now 4 units, I was wondering current owner could earn more rent by leaving them as 5 unit, why they convert it into 4 unit.

@Tzvi Balsam I am also joining Jersey city REIA meeting next Thursday.

I couldn't see any 2% rule in any Bayonne multi family, I am thinking to search some areas in PA, it's near by and taxes are also very low.
