Hi Mark,

The propert is between 10,000 and 15,000 sq ft. Its Commercial Land. Our plan at this time is either to flip the Land or JV with developers/builders.

We have a vacant commercial land in contract/escrow in Austin Texas. Our exit strategy is either to develop this parcel or flip it. We are looking for Commercial Real estate agent in Austin (with proven track record) to work with us with few things in this acquisition and he/she will be involved with the exit strategy.
