I'm Rolando Prieto, 30 years old, I'm living in Houston, TX, I had opportunities to invest I have read books most of them from BiggerPockets very helpful but always I get cold feet, looking to go forward and start my journey as a real estate investor, I'm looking to start flipping houses since I have experience on construction and to start building some capital for future rental properties.
