Kody, does the current owner have a mortgage on the property?

is the $35,000 a 10% discount to the asking price or is more like a 30% discount? Need more info.

You need to talk to an attorney, rules are different in every state.

You might try to offer him a few hundred bucks to move, if he doesn't damage the house and will move within 48 hours, cheaper and easier than eviction.

I like the Napier stuff the best so far. Note School feels like they are trying to pitch you the mentor system every time you buy something from them. FYI the mentoring programs range from 17,K to $30,k.
