Hi @Julian Buick, my husband and I was under contract for one home, but after inspection and quotes from a contractor it was not worth us investing the money into it, we would have spent more than what it was worth, we are still looking, but did not see anything that we were interested in again yet. I will definitely contact you if we find anything, we are definitely interested in networking and additional opportunities. Thanks for reaching out.

Congrats on you first purchase! My partner/husband and I are definitely looking for like-minded individuals to discuss real estate with. We have a vacation rental down in Kissimmee, FL, which was our first investment property, and our first purchase was a single family that we both reside in now, but intend to rent out.

We are currently still seeking out our 1st fix and flip, a few we were looking at were sold, but we hope to find one within the next month. I will definitely keep you posted on the journey, and best of luck to you and your wife also!

I am just stepping out into the Savannah, GA real estate market. I reside in Savannah, and am a novice to investing; I have a rental property in Florida, and a single family home in Savannah that I will be renting out soon. I am now seeking to do my first fix and flip with my partner/husband. 

I am focusing on specific areas mostly in west Savannah, and seeking listings for homes that are under 110K that require minor cosmetic to major repairs. 

I am currently in search of a general contractor, real estate agent (that are experienced with fix and flip investors/rental properties), and CPA. I would appreciate any recommendations that can lead me in the right direction of who to look into. We all love to save money, so while I would like to find someone who will not over-charge me, I do seek quality workmanship, and intend to pay someone fairly to achieve that.
