Two incidents of thefts from my rehabs was a no-brainer to get the WI/FI which is nominal to me calling the police, informing the insurance company only to be told (whatever) wasn't covered, and of course my deductible is $1000. It just alleviates one more headache. Good luck!

Hi all, I am looking for appraisers, Home Inspectors, and Insurance brokerage in Toledo.  Preferably those that have multi-family experience. Any tidbits or advice accepted as well.

I just learned that my insurance went from $125.00 to $800, due to "named storms" and other costs in Florida. The agency that I have been with for over five years is telling me that they will not be able to find me coverage with less premium, because of the "named storms" and hurricane coverage. This kind of increase should be illegal!

I think I know what you are trying to do, but before you make a huge mistake, check out Jullien Gordon. You can catch him on any of the social media channels, he teaches how to buy multi-family. Maybe you can learn how to do this the right way. Good luck! 

I use TurboTenant they charge the applicant $55, and they do a good background check. You can buy ala cart if you need to collect rent, prepare your lease agreement, accounting for landlords, etc.

I have recently had a call with Partner Driven, and wanted to do my due diligence. Thanks to everyone for their candid input. I can always count on BP group for good information. I will keep you posted.
