@Brad Clarizio Another option is to have one LLC owned by another. It's a way to sort of create your own series LLC. Each child LLC would require it's own bank account of course, but at tax time, you would only have to file one return - the parent LLC. It's sort of the best of both worlds. I don't think it's necessary for 6 singles. But let's say you had 6 singles and an apartment complex, then you may want the complex in a separate LLC.

Hi @Ceril S.Thanks for following up! I'm actually still negotiating on a property there. I ended up getting a small multifamily here in the states that has taken up the majority of my attention.
The seller had about a one year time horizon in January, so she's just now getting ready to talk turkey.
