My concern was mostly towards what the child support agency emailed me back in regards to removing or reducing lien amount. The homeowner want to walk away free and clear from the lien plus the mortgage. He owes 60k on his mortgage

Hello BP members I currently need some guidance from some one who has experience/ knowledge on dealing with removing or reducing child support liens on a property. Long story short I'm in the process of purchasing a SFR from a home owner that could be a great deal but there is a child support lien in the first position attached to the property around 30k. I took a chance and emailed the agency that's handling the lien in Arizona asking if they can remove /reduce lien amount or detach it from the property. This is what they responded with, not 100% sure what this means and looking for any advice. Thanks in advance
Good afternoon,
Per your request please provide a title payoff with attached signed borrowers authorization and copy of the lien.
Then resubmit your request
