@Jason Papp I recommend appliance warehouse as well for rentals as they offer a 1 year warranty, they deliver and install as well.

@Kevin Wilson I recently paid $450 for an appraisal on a SFR with one week turn around time. Some lenders can get multiple quotes that you can choose from based on price and turn around time. Hope that helps.
