I’m looking for a lender to provide cash out ReFi’s for rental properties in ATLANTA. I have a local bank that I have used, but now they are wanting the properties to season longer. I buy properties cash, get them rent ready and the put a tenant in place. I’m just looking to get out the cash that I have put in the property. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

@Jon Krombein what kind of return are you getting? I’ve looked at roofstock properties in Georgia and the returns look low to me, 4 - 6%.

@Arun Kumar Balasubramani There are many different factors. If you are looking around the Cumming area, you will have a hard time finding something that cashflows. I own several rentals that I used the BRRRR strategy. I have zero cash in them now and they all cashflow $250+ a month.

@Myles Cardenas maybe you could try reaching out to an agent/property manager in Daytona and get some numbers from the Agent, that would help you firm up your budget and target price
@Myles Cardenas I’ve been looking into vacation rentals as well. I’ve been told that financing and cash flow can be difficult due to the high down payment. Also, insurance will be higher than normal as well.
