@David J Martin III  I bought a couple of properties from wholesalers via assignment of contract last year using Rich Bolen of Grier, Cox, and Crenshaw in West Columbia. He was great!

So I am at Jeff's Barbershop in Mt. Pleasant (Near Charleston, SC) getting my hair cut today.  Jeff always cuts my hair, but there are 5-6 other barbers in the shop.  One of the barbers, Justin, who I have never met before says, "Hey, I know you from BiggerPockets!"  MIND BLOWN!  Your network is your net worth for sure! 

 @Jay Hinrichs Remember in 2013/2014 when I had 24 lots for $340k in 29203 zip code and couldn't sell them????  I will get back on the hunt for lots next week.
