@Sean Patrum there is a good investor community in Charleston. Let us know how we can help. Always a need for a good handyman as well. 

These days a GC is the missing piece of the puzzle more often than not.  With the new construction boom in Charleston, fewer GC's are doing renovations.  @Jasmine Brice maybe we could team up on some projects?  I don't have a crew to spare, but could share the one we have.  They key is to get a good crew and KEEP them.

@Steven Roary I am on vacation this week and will miss the meetup on Thursday @Andrew R. Lucas is right. Meeting other investors and discovering how I can be of value to them is a great path to success for me and I bet it will be for you. 

we will have an all-day mastermind session in September as well as a happy hour around the same time. I also run a lunch meeting for active investors. You will need to call me for an invite to that one. I have attended the CIA meeting that Bruce mentioned and it is pretty good. There are several others on meetup.com.
