Here is the otherHere is the other crack on the opposite wall

I am thinking of buying a house but there are two tall, vertical cracks in the basement each running from top to bottom of the wall.  They are on opposite walls from each other.  How much would it cost to fix something like this?  Would it require lifting the house and replacing the walls?

One of the two cracks

How about if there are 2 cracks that extend vertically on opposite walls, both being from the top to the bottom of the walls?

Hi All:  Does anyone know about the train tracks in Winslow Maine that run parallel to Bay Street?  And does that rusty bridge near the Ticonic Falls there still work?  It seems like that's where the train once travelled through but I don't know for sure if it still runs through there and through Winslow?  Thank you!

Thanks Carl.  So even if there is no clause saying that the tenants can be made to leave if the property is sold, you are allowed as the owner to ask them to leave if you give them a 30 day notice?

Great ideas!  Thanks all!

Hi everyone:  If I want to buy a multi unit in the state of Maine and have the entire thing to me and my family what rights do I have to ask current tenants to leave?  Thanks

I did get a place, so thank you!  Out of curiosity, what other sites are you referring to, DL Mhan?

Thanks Everyone!
