Thanks Zeke! Let's definitely chat. Given that this one has a short shot clock of 2/1 I need time to do a little more research. Based on what I am seeing I think this could rent for 900 to 1200 a month, and on a quick "back of the napkin" I think the numbers work.

Thanks! Yeah, the cash isn't the problem, but since its our first long distance property more looking for a trusted team, which is why I was thinking partnering may be a good way to start. Wholesaling is not a bad idea either. He's looking for best and final cash offer by 2/1.

I tend to agree here. Maybe make a joke about it in the STR listing. "Great local neighborhood, some times you may even have a hint of 420 in the air. Hey it's Seattle after all" lol

Hi All, Curious if any folks are actively investing in Columbus, OH. We've got property in the New Jersey area, and are looking at our first long distance BRRRR in OH("IO"!). Found a decent place in the 50k range wanted to see if anyone might be interested in partnering on the deal, or had any recommendations.
