I have used Facebook advertising with some success. 

Have you had an Opens recently? How are the photos? 

I never did well with unique print advertising on homes. 

 David which podcasts are you speaking of? 

Been using for three years now, about $400 a month. Seems like 80% of the leads are garbage.

We are reevaluating where we are spending our marketing dollars.

Troy is definitely turning around, I have been selling a lot of distressed properties in that area. Renting in the $800 range.
