If your 5 best friends are millionaires, you'll probably be a millionaire. If your 5 best friends are poor, you will likely be poor. It really has nothing to do with wealth, but everything to do with the mindset, attitudes, and habits of those people. Moral of the story- surround yourself with people who are ACTUALLY DOING DEALS and having success. Find your TRIBE, and JOIN IT!

6) It's amazing how QUICKLY real estate can change your life. Whether you need to bounce back from a loss or a mistake, or you need to get out of the rat race. The action takers at the conference did it in a very short amount of time.

We just got an amazing deal under contract in Orange, TX where we have the ability to force the value up by 6 mil in two or three years.

Chevron is building one of largest petrochemical refineries in the US, with construction starting in 2020.  This will double the working population and give us a tremendous opportunity.

We just got this under contract last week, and have already raised 1.3mil, and don't have much further to go.
